Our stay was delightful. The breakfast was excellent, with many small dishes to try. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of a national park. We enjoyed the private onsen, which was a new experience for us. It was great to have the option of soaking in the open air.
The hotel is in need of some updates. The carpet, both in the room and in the entrance, was stained in some spots.

The room was spacious and had a Japan style sleeping area and a separate western area with a couch. The location was amazing, right in the middle of a beautiful national park. There were also multiple indoor and outdoor hot baths, a cold bath, and even a sauna! As for the New Year's celebrations, the hotel offered traditional Japanese food and cultural events which made for a unique experience.
The hotel seemed a bit outdated and tired, with stained carpets in the common areas and some issues with cleanliness, such as a lack of soap in the onsen shower. Additionally, we were not informed that dinner needed to be booked in advance, which was disappointing. However, the included breakfast was excellent with small dishes, and the outdoor private onsen was enjoyable. it was a decent experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by a national park. The staff were attentive and accommodating, they even changed my room to make it more comfortable for my needs. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. The communal onsen was old-fashioned, but enjoyable and the private open-air onsen was a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, with many small dishes to choose from.

This place is amazing! The room was huge and luxurious, with a separate western-style room and a comfortable couch. The bath was also incredible, with three inside hot baths and one outside, as well as a cold bath and a sauna. The staff were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, even making changes to the dinner menu to accommodate my preferences. The location is perfect, nestled in the beautiful Akan-Mashu National Park. I had an incredible experience here.

This hidden gem is a must, stay for anyone visiting the tranquil Akan, Mashu National Park area. the location is exceptional, surrounded by stunning scenery and with easy access to the outdoor private onsen. the room is spacious, comfortable and comes equipped with all necessary facilities, including a relaxing Japan, style sleeping area. the breakfast is a standout, featuring authentic Japanese dishes. the only downside is that the common areas need a little renovation.
